You are warmly invited to join us for a Brooklyn rooftop Kabbalat Shabbat! This event is open to New Shul members and School for Creative Judaism families and will also serve as the school’s opening event for the new year.

This year’s theme at the School for Creative Judaism is “The Year of Shabbat,” and throughout the year, students will explore Shabbat from many different angles.

This won’t be a full service. We’ll sing a few Shabbat songs, make Kiddush, share some food, and mostly hang out and enjoy being together.

The evening will also kick off our upcoming Brooklyn Kabbalat Shabbat gatherings and celebrate the year ahead!
