Breathwork with Dr. Aimée Derbes

….including but not limited to grief, sadness, loss however it registers for you, orphanhood, transitions of all kinds, all manner of rugs being torn from under feet, and whatever else it is that teaches you at this juncture but maybe doesn’t have a space in your everyday life / spaces / conversations. All the difficult emotions are welcomed in this group, where instead of trying to heal from the level of our thinking minds, we will rely on the breath to do the letting go for us.

When: First Tuesdays, May 7, June 4 and July 9 // 7-9pm

Breathwork is an active meditation using a specific 2-part breathing pattern to connect to your body and vitality, open up space for stagnant old energy and emotions to flow freely, and expand your heart. Most (more like, all) of us are carrying around pain, fear, trauma, and outdated beliefs about ourselves and the world around us, which all live tucked away in our cells. Breathwork is a simple tool that supports us in finally shedding those heavy weights.
