Four teams of members of The New Shul (adults and children) participated in a "creative happening" by painting four windows of K-Bar/Cowgirl on 10th Street in The New Shul's New Year, Window Painting Celebration.

The theme was "Old/New" in connection to this season of renewal, as well as to acknowledge our 10th Anniversary as a progressive Shul in the West Village. Lots of members stopped by to cheer on the painters. A festive time was had by all, and the paintings remained up for a whole week for the entire neighborhood to enjoy. We hope to repeat this event next year.
